    Current Weight ????? as of July 11 on vacation in Canada.
    Current Weight 215.4 as of July 4 Take on day off the meal plan and it shows.

    Antihistamines have a negative effect on body composition just so you know. I try not to take any except when my allergies are bad.

    Oh goodness no. That is what I eat as soon as I get home. Then I eat my breakfast. Oatmeal etc

    Sick. :( Although nose is starting to clear up, and I cut my thumb open slicing a bagel. Good times.

    Feeling better. Almost went today but a nice coughing fit kept me at home.

    Depending on how I feel when I wake up this afternoon, I might go for 20-30 min on the elliptical.

    Got better. Went to Tahoe. Fucked up my right calf boarding. :(

    So basically, I'm starting all over Monday after a two week hiatus. :mad:

    Back on Weight Watchers. Don't know why I ever quit. I lost down to 215.

    Weighed 218.6 yesterday. :o Not too shabby for a four month lay off.

    I have to have something that forces me to basically keep a food log. Which this does. Use the iphone app to keep track of my "points". Stupid simple.

    Went to Dr this week and bp was 130/90. High side of ok. Get weight off = lower bp.

    Been biking more since it has gotten warmer here. Going to start going to gym and running after work if possible.

    Added Nasonex to medications. Dropped Via C/CA pills.
