    1$ a serving? Fuck that.

    Creatine monohydrate = dirt cheap
    Dextrose = <1$ a pound

    Do you really want to spend that kind of money on a pump?

    i was searching the wbb.com forums and members over there also say Creatine monohydrate is the same shit.

    where can i get 'Creatine monohydrate' that has the same results as no-xplode? any particular supplement?

    *ebay got the no-xplode for $30*

    Anywhere. If you go into your local Popeyes or GNC or whatever you should find a bunch of different brands. Buy whatever's cheapest.

    I payed something like 35 or 40 CDN for 6 months worth of creatine. Probably could have gotten it cheaper had I bought online/lived in the US. The only noticable difference will be that you won't get 'the pump'.

    I've used it. Gives fierce pumps. Wether or not it actually works how it says it does, I don't know. :riaa:
