I've done some searching on Google and in the forums but wasn't really able to find anything to informative. I've been using creatine and it's significantly increased the amount of weight and reps that I've been able to do. The only problem I seem to have is that my forearms are my weak link. I've notice a couple of bruises near the wrists the first time and when those went away I noticed a couple between the elbow and the wrist on my inner forearm. They are very faint but I don't want to cause any real damage. What causes this and should I ease up on how much weight I should do?
