I just picked up a browning buckmark camper today...my first handgun. Anyone have any good customization ideas for it? As of right now all i really want is a red dot scope, but i want it to be fairly inexpensive since I'm a poor college student

I don't know of too many custom options for the buckmark. I think you can get barrels and scope mounts, but not certian about much else.

    Cheap ammo rocks.

They're great pistols, I have a Silhouette model that rocks.

Other than possibly a red-dot, I wouldn't do anything to it. It already has a great trigger, and it will probably outshoot you with decent ammo.

Use it to hone your shooting form and to practice, don't worry about trying to improve it.

I wouldn't even get a red dot. IT is a very accurate design with iron sights.
But if you must, you should get a B-Square mount & rings for your red-dot.

I have a slab side camper and it's a lot of fun. I wouldn't bother putting any work into it, it's great as is.

I like those buckmarks, when my Ex's dad took us shooting he let me shoot his. Fun gun, pretty damn accurate too.
