Brown rice or whole pasta?

    What would be the best choice if you're looking to gain muscle and weight?

    Until know I have been eating just pasta since it just goes quicker to make. So unless brown rice is a lot better I will just stick with the pasta.

    Your splitting hairs... they are both just moderately low glycemic alternatives to shitty carbs; they will serve virtually the same purpose. Yams, beans, and oats would be a less desireable taste wise but more effiective for training purposes.
