    Purdue's "Short Cuts"

    pre-cooked slices/cuts of chicken breast come in different flavors, you just pour out of the bag and nuke for 45-90 seconds and you are good to go. about $3.00 +/- for 40 grams of protein.

    for some reason they're mad expensive near me, but i'll pick em up if i don't feel like cooking some before work. sodium is mad high, but grilled and italian style are win.
