I weighed (a very fat) 184 on the first day of my gym membership(9/14) and I weigh 184 today. I've been busting my ass 4 days a week lifting + hour spinning classes 1-3 days/wk. All of my lifts are consistently increasing, I'm getting stronger, but my weight doesn't reflect that. My first priority was losing fat, so I'm not worried about bulking up or getting bigger, but I thought all this activity would help me lose weight...and i'm not doing that either. Whats going on?
