Good luck with that shit. Just put on a couple sweat shirts and some sweat pants, put on a couple trash bags, and ride a bike around town a few hours a day every day for like a week. it should get you the results you are looking for i think.

Eat Zero Carbs for two weeks and lose 20lbs of water weight but look the same
do it TUF style
1. get garbage bag + sweat pants + thick clothing
2. proceed to get in sauna with stationary bike for 4-5 hours before you want to go out
4. profit or puke when dehydrated and trying to do coke and whores or mixture of them

Eat sub 20 carbs/day and do a ton of cardio. You probably won't drop 20lbs in 2 weeks, but you may get 10+
if you wanna look better (and at this point there wont' be much of a diff), I'd aim to eat really clean and try to put on a pound or 2 of muscle.
to drop 20lbs you'll have to drop all your carbs, and even then, most of the weight lost will be water and you'll bloat right back up as soon as you have carbs, and god help you if those carbs are alcohol, which being vegas, I bet most of them will be.
and if you haven't been cutting already, it'll take a little while for your body to adjust to "cut mode" anyway.
