    i usually have no problem eating tons of food but today I just didnt feel like eating very much. i probably got 2500 calories at most. had one shake.

    i felt lethargic at the gym also

    Well, everyone has their bad days so I wouldn't worry too much about it...just try to eat a little bit extra tomorrow.

    Do you think that you were lethargic at the gym because you didn't eat enough? I know that this happens to me sometimes and it is the reason I like to workout later in the day

    If by a cheat day as in not eating as much as I should, it happens occasionally. Either time constraints or just not in the mood, though it's pretty rare.

    If by cheat, you mean junk food, that is every day.

    stomach felt fucked yesterday, so i ate bowls of brown rice, that was it, took my fish oils and vitamins at night and went to bed :hs:

    I had one every now an then. I kinda needed a 1 day break from feeling uncomfortably full 24/7

    eat clean 5 days but lots oclean cals, weekends come...go to town

    I cheated on my whole rotisserie chicken by eating a few pounds of pork ribs and grilled salmon today instead.

    i sometimes eat <1000 cals if I dont feel like eating and I've been eating alot that week

    that happens when i'm trying to be strict anyway. Cant seem to stay on a normal eating schedule on the weekends.

    yeah what I meant is when you dont eat your requirement. the past two days have been like that for me. mainly because i went out of town all day today. but it was a nice rest from stuffing my face, downing shakes

    this is slightly off topic.. but i have been wondering this for a while. i'm bulking, and i go to the gym usually 4 or 5 times a week.. but last week i could only go 2 times. should i be eating the same amount of food every day, regardless of how many times i go to the gym that week, and regardless of if i have worked out that day or not? meaning, do i still eat as much on days i dont go to the gym as when i do?
