    Been working out for like 3.5 months now. Was 200 now down to 177. Still wanna cut some more body fat.

    Thanks man. I'm really trying to get my body fat down doing lots of cardio and eating healthy.

    I don't have a any before pics of my back. Got some of my chest and arms but I don't think they've improved enough for me to post pics yet. I'll prob post some before and afters in another month or two.

    No comparison pics of my back.

    Yeah I know I need to tone up and lose some more weight. I'm slowly getting there. Took me like 1.5 months to lose the 1st 20 lbs but now I can't seem to gain or lose any weight.

    Give me your opinions please. If you think my back looks weak, say so. If it looks like I'm on the right path, so say. I really want your honest feedback. I actually expected more dick-head responses than I've gotten so far. Suprising.

    I have an LCD monitor and have no clue as to what the fuck you are trying to get at.Believe me I tried the whole move your head up and down/left to right crap and well no I don't notice anything you speak of.Except I did feel like an idiot for actually doing it:o

    Nah, the Oviedo Gym and Aquatic Center on 419 behind the Bowling Alley. Really small gym but it's never crowded and it's only $15 a month. There or LA Fitness in Oviedo where my g/f works.

    So what you're saying is, when critiquing people's builds, you often view the monitor from an extreme angle for a better vantage point? And you are also saying that you did not view the picture from a somewhat straight on angle, which would've given you a better idea of his actual build? :hsugh:
