So remember when I said I had colitis and couldn't do shit and lost like 30lbs. Well it's been about 6 weeks and last Sunday I FINALLY felt up to hitting the weights again on Monday (had my HST chart all set up and everything)

Well Monday morning comes and around 6am I go throw up. Apparently I'm having another flare-up of this stupid ass disease. Haven't been able to keep anything down again and feel weak and shitty.

It appears that Jesus doesn't want me to lift. I was progressing so well too that this whole situation just makes me sad. Instead of hitting 235 lb mark like I wanted to, I'm chillin' here at 195.

When you're 6'3 it's close enough to a lil bitch.

    To me at least.

im 6'3. My bench was over 300
I quit the gym due to school plus work full time
3 months later (when school was out)... I'm struggling to lift 180.

its the nature of what we do.. just like everything else in life.. in bodybuilding ..you have ups and downs. You deal with it and keep going.

    :werd:

It's just so frustrating to not be able to go to the gym when you were going there 6 days a week before.
