I'm fucking tired of eating chicken the same way, day in and day out. How do you guys mix it up?

Ive been using spices, as they have less added calories/carbs than bbq sauce.

Lately I have been cutting chicken breasts into thin strips. I then throw them into a large frying pan, douse it with some hot sauce, and some taco (or burrito) seasoning (the lower sodium kind). Then I generally add half a jar or so of salsa and let it cookdown for a while. I either throw it in a tortilla wrap with some beans and rice, or on top of a salad. :yum:

i eat a ton of 4% lean ground beef, I fucking hate chicken. I also get buffalo and ground turkey. I really only eat chicken breasts occasionally, and when I do I marinate them (about 2 pounds boneless skinless) in 2 12 cans of a good ale, usually bass. I ad tons of salt and garlic and some turbinado sugar. I also use two full lemons. When I take them out (2-4 hours) I roll them in cajun or jerk seasoning and blacken them on the grill using indirect heat.

lean beef? round steak, flank steak, "minute steak", and look at the ground beef section most grocery stores will have at least 93/7 which is comparable to chicken once it is drained.

Indirect heat means the meat is not directly over the coals, so the inside gets done and the outside stays soft not burnt. Look at Lowes in the BBQ section they sell little inserts for your weber for like 5 bucks
