9oz Blackened Beef Tenderloin
half large sweet potato
6oz Australian Shiraz
dunno about that summer shredz cut program...
I could go for some sweet 'tatos right now
that meat is cooked perfectly.
and that sweet potato looks good. how long did you leave the potato on the grill for?

Pre-heat oven with 2 cast iron skillets inside to 500
cut a huge ass sweet pot into quarters, throw in a covered bowl in microwave for 3 mins
Place 1 pre-heated skillet on stovetop high for 5 mins
Place other skiller on med
throw beef in skillet 1 for 1.5 mins one side
2 mins other
throw sweet pots in other skillet on 1oz of canola
after the later 2 mins of beef, throw into oven (already at 500) for another 5-6 mins
toss sweet pots over
pull beef out of oven, tent with foil for 5 min rest
plate and serve
not sure what you americans pay for your beef but a local butcher near me has tenderloin sides on for $8/$9 a pound. Thats wicked pricing for us.
