any broly crew want to help me out here?
I dont think i could be as far as I am without the F&N forums and the brolys.

I was 235lbs (5'11"), i read up alot on F&N and sherdog and shit and now im down to a consistent 165lbs. I used to just do cardiovascular workouts...but then i started going to the gym 4-5 days/week for the past 3 months. During this time, ive been doing a mixture of CV exercise and weights. I also started using whey protein and fish oil pills.
Im in MUCH better shape than i used to be, but I was always top heavy and I still have a little bit of upper-body fat i want to get rid of. I know it is hard to build muscle + cut fat at the same time....
    What can be done?

Also, opinions on using creatine while still trying to lose some fat?

Thats pretty good progress, I have been told that after loosing you initial fat the rest is pretty difficult to burn.

    Try lowering you Calorie intake?

Do some running, biking or swimming.

    Swimming is great btw.

Any type of CEE, stay away from Monohydrate if you're worried about it.

Dude it's not like your going to bloat like youre on gear or some shit. Mono is fine, CEE is fine, it all does the same thing.

Yeah ive been getting more-so conscious of my actual calorie intake.

And yes, the last bit of fat is supposed to be the hardest :sadwavey:
I do a good 20-35 minutes of CV whenever i go to the gym (~4 days/wk) depending on what I am doing..usually elliptical or treadmill (8-10mph)

Congrats on the weight loss. In highschool I went form 205-210 down to 165. Just be patient, eat clean, train hard and put more muscle on.

Yeah I workout 5 days a week, everyday I do 30 minutes on Stationary bike @ about an average of 210 Watts (it varies with time, it goes up and down) and then I run for about 7 minutes (run for a bit, walk for a bit, run for a bit so only really running for about 7 mins) on speed 8 out of 10.

This week I got lazy tho, only went to the gym twice :(.

S'okay tho, Mondays another day and it begins again! I will just consider this my "week" break since I started in January.
