any broly crew want to help me out here? I dont think i could be as far as I am without the F&N forums and the brolys. I was 235lbs (5'11"), i read up alot on F&N and sherdog and shit and now im down to a consistent 165lbs. I used to just do cardiovascular workouts...but then i started going to the gym 4-5 days/week for the past 3 months. During this time, ive been doing a mixture of CV exercise and weights. I also started using whey protein and fish oil pills. Im in MUCH better shape than i used to be, but I was always top heavy and I still have a little bit of upper-body fat i want to get rid of. I know it is hard to build muscle + cut fat at the same time.... What can be done? Also, opinions on using creatine while still trying to lose some fat?
