Broly Crew: Need a new workout routine! v. summer body

    I basically want to reshape my body (mor or less) by mid september. I'm right now at 189 pounds, 5'8 1/4. Most if it is concentrated around the mid section/thighs. I want to cut down to about 165-170 pounds. I've been working out for a while, and here's the routine i have:

    Monday: Bis/Tri
    - preachers curls w/ bard
    - Sitting DB curls
    - Reverse preacher curl
    - Isolation DB curl
    - Standing Cable curle

    Tuesday: Chest
    - DB Flat press
    - DB Incline Press
    - X-overs
    - BB Decline Press

    Wed: Legs (need a good workout for legs..i haven't done them in a while)
    Thursday: Back (need a good workout for back too, i don't even remember the names of the exercises i do )

    Friday: Shoulders
    - BB press
    - Front Row
    - Lateral raises
    - Shrugs

    I do little cardio and abs..need to do more of ab exercises, cardio, etc. I basically want a brand new routine..overall. maybe some same, maybe some different exercises..but i need an overhall.
    help me out brolys! :wavey:

    I dont think you'll be as efficient the next day by having arms on monday, and then chest on tuesday

    I have it split up where chest and tri's are together because they are secondary muscles to each other for one day, and then bi's and back the next.

    I learned that a few years ago from a good friend :dunno:

    I do it as follows
    Monday: Biceps and Back (I love doing my biceps so i have it on the first day of the week after a rest day)
    Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
    Wednesday: Rest
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Shoulders
    Saturday: Potpurri (Usually cardio)
    Sunday: Rest

    Can u suggest some different exercises other than the ones I do? :wavey:

    I'm trying to lose a lot of weight, but i've noticed muscle gain as well by doing this (sorry if the names aren't right for the workout):

    :rofl: i don't know the names of all of them :o
    It's 3x6 reps of max weights. I don't bench. I do Dumbbell press. I just do 3 exercises (4 of i feel like i have a bit of strength left) and i rotate the exercises. For example, monday will be biceps, back, biceps, back, biceps, back. I've found that if i do biceps first, and then back, my arms will hurt so bad that i don't workout my back properly

    If you want we can go to the gym and have sex and show you what i do

    So like, i see 5 bicep exercises and 0 tricep exercises.

    Biceps need the most exercises cause they're the biggest muscle in the body.

    Wrong again, it is the abs. Not only that, but they are a special type of fiber, called blue muscle fiber, that requires training 7 days a week.
