I basically want to reshape my body (mor or less) by mid september. I'm right now at 189 pounds, 5'8 1/4. Most if it is concentrated around the mid section/thighs. I want to cut down to about 165-170 pounds. I've been working out for a while, and here's the routine i have: Monday: Bis/Tri - preachers curls w/ bard - Sitting DB curls - Reverse preacher curl - Isolation DB curl - Standing Cable curle Tuesday: Chest - DB Flat press - DB Incline Press - X-overs - BB Decline Press Wed: Legs (need a good workout for legs..i haven't done them in a while) Thursday: Back (need a good workout for back too, i don't even remember the names of the exercises i do ) Friday: Shoulders - BB press - Front Row - Lateral raises - Shrugs I do little cardio and abs..need to do more of ab exercises, cardio, etc. I basically want a brand new routine..overall. maybe some same, maybe some different exercises..but i need an overhall. help me out brolys!
