Broly crew here I come! Day 2

    Fuck! I just got back from the gym I was only able to jog for 10mins then 15 Mins of the bike thing tonight. My legs are to sore couldn't continue! Last night I Jogged for 20mins then peddle bike for 20, finished with 10min fast walk.

    Todays food was

    Oatmeal
    Tuna(mustard and relish) and 2 small pickles
    Turkey hamburger Helper (1cup) and Salad with cottage cheese and 1tbls vinaigrette.
    2 hard boiled eggs

    water all day (missed my mid morning snack today (was gonna have some pb)

    Any help tips please, im trying to eat better/portion control. And do some cardio to lose some weight im getting to chubby.

    Yea I been reading them, good stuff in there. Just kinda going from here, I been looking at different ways people prepare food/mix it.

    That's all you ate for the day?

    Invest in some good protein shakes. Pro Complex has done wonders so far for me. Mix more fiber and more CALORIES. eat clean

    log everything and keep doing cardio

    Make sure you know your basal metabolic rate and try to eat 500-1000 less calories than you burn per day, anything more and you'll go into starvation mode and your metabolism will go down.
