broly crew have a question...

    I did my chest about 2 days ago, yet i am still sore. Not as much as yesterday of course but still a descent amount of soreness. Should I wait until I am not sore at all to do my chest again, or its ok?

    you can workout while sore sometimes, i wouldnt recommend it reguarly. depending on how sore you are should help determine whether or not you should wait till tomorrow.

    Gotcha, im not crazy sore but its still there. I rather just do something else today, its not a huge deal. Thanks man. :cool:
