A pretty healthy and tasty as fuck variation. Youll need: Non fat cool whip non fat sour cream walnuts 1 can pineapple 1 can cherrys 1 banana Vanilla Whey Optional: Mini Marshmallow and flaked coconut Rinse the can of pineapple (dump the liquid). Repeat for half a can of the cherrys. Slice up the banana. Put that in a large pot of some sort with a few handfuls of walnuts. Also add some marshmallow and the coconut if you want to put it in. Obviously the more you add, the less healthy it is. Put in about 1/4 package of the cool whip. Put about a fourth that much sour cream. Mix that all together. Taste and make sure there is enough of the cool whip / sour cream mixture to cover it all. Add more of both if needed. If too sour add more cool whip. (Yes it may sound gross to add sour cream. It works though, trust me). Once you have all that tasting awesome add in a scoop or two of whey. You probably won't taste it. Mix that then throw in the fridge for an hour or two. Eat at your will. It's got a little bit of sugar due to all the fruit (and the marshmallow / coconut) but as far as something like this goes, not too shabby.
