Where do you get it and what brand? I went to big 5 and the biggest size they have is an XL which is made for someone with 15" arms. I'm currently wearing a size Small knee brace and it fits pretty well but is there anything better? :hsd:

do you want warmth or support?

I wear a pair of size medium rehband knee sleeves if my elbows are bothering me. If I want some support to handle heavier weight I'll wear a size XL (I think, gym bag is 30min away right now) APT Heavy duty elbow sleeve.

I think I want a little of both. My right elbow was really bothering me a few weeks back but since I've been wearing this knee sleeve it's really helped. I see guys wearing wraps all the time who lift heavier but they just seem like a pain in the ass and I'm not really lifting all that heavy, 365x1 on bench is all I got.

Good info on the APT, if I lift any heavier I'll pick a couple up. I take it from your reply that they don't promote warmth?

the apt's aren't as warming as others, but couple things help.
warm up your elbows and body before the gym! (i actually turn the heater on in the car)
i have some crappy mcdavid ones that i put on alot to keep my elbows warm

I find that helps a lot, I will do the high rep pushdowns and usually put some warming balm on before bench days. It seems to keep the elbow pain away.
