not this again...
usually if i go out i don't care anymore. i go out, so might as well go all out..
but if you want to actually try to eat clean when going out, grilled chicken +/- salad.
I eat whatever I want. Theres no way im paying $10 for some piece of chicken that i allready eat everyday for way cheaper.

I don't. I go out so rarely I just dont give a fuck.
Friday night I had a buffalo chicken sandwich, onion rings, and two beers. Fuck it I'm going out to have a good time.
On Friday (my B-day) I had a BBQ Chicken Pizza , A pint of Norwegian Ale, and a Pazookie at BJ's Brewery
First cheat in 7 weeks and I blew it up

I usually order the house/chef's special.
the menu. its full of fibre and can't beat the price
IHOP-chicken fajita omlette, egg whites and chicken only, oatmeal instead of pancakes
steak, chicken or fish, plain and dry sweet or regular potatoe, steamed veggies or salad, lots of tea.
Steak + double side of greens (green beans, broccoli, spinich, whatever the fuck they got)
