broke my finger!

    ring finger...

    anyway i can somehow go around it while still having a decent grip holding weights is awkward without that finger..

    i dont have a cast on it i think its more sprained/jammed just really fat i decided to tape it together and if it doesnt get any better ill go to the doctor kinda exaggerated abt breaking it lol

    It's amazing how losing the function of a finger can affect things you'd never thought of. It was a pain in the a$$ when I dislocated the second joint on my left pinkie finger. You wouldn't think a pinkie would be that important, but it sure made life more difficult for several weeks.

    ye dude like doing the same motion my hands in on the good hand is awkward haha but i was itching my head
