Deadlifted 305 today. I think fresh I could do a bit more but I did a 5x5 right before that. I've been deadlifting 1 or 2 times a week for the last 2 months. Thats prolly a pretty shitty compared to most of you guys but I'm pretty happy with it since my back has always been really weak. I wanna try and get up in the 330-40 range before the end of summer. 6'1, 168 pounds.
