Broke 300 in the squat area today

    I know it's not impressive compared to other people but it's a milestone for me, so I'd though I would let everyone know about it

    Congrats man, 300 isn't bad. I haven't tried doing any one rep maxes for a long time, but I plan on attempting 300 soon too. :bigthumb:

    Hey Knucks.. what's wrong with your knee? I tore my ACL and MCL and it's the only thing that's keeping me from moving on to Christophers routine.

    300 is very impressive to me. im only doing 165 here and im 200lb. (but i started squating just about days ago and my thighs are killing me lol) man i need to work on form

    i tore the meniscus in my right knee so i had to have it scoped

    im at 275 x 4. been eyeing a 300-315 1rm the past couple of weeks

    i stopped doing what they told me to do @ physical therapy, so shame on me i guess. i haven't done much legs apart from squats and calf raises. i need to do hamstring curls as that's where my legs seem the weakest

    I am 5'11, 135 and I squat 190 free weight.
