WTF is Mark Coleman thinking really. He should be looking after his great grand children that night.

Rhymes with honey and starts with an m. It comes in a wheelbarrow and is associated with the color green. Some say it makes the world go round, others use it to aquire happiness.

Good point, I guess I have to put myself in his shoes. The fight is going to sell a lot of ppvs and he'll get a big cheque no matter what. I just wonder if I was in that situation if I'd do the same, my instincts say yes . I just hope he actually brings something unique to the fight instead of same old (but even older) Coleman.

Brock is going to be too strong, and too quick for him. I don't even see a younger Coleman beating him honestly. Brock will only really need to just control him and basically make him his bitch for how ever long he wants. Maybe Coleman will surprise us with a new style with good standup, I just highly doubt it.

a bunch of ya thought brock was gonna beat mir because he was so big strong and fast. I know coleman is 100 years old and i think lesnar is gonna win too but coleman isn't a pussy or a fat out of shape can, he's gonna show up in shape and ready to go, he'll probably lose to the younger faster stronger fighter but, BUT coleman has gotten in the ring against the best and deserves a bit more respect than he seems to get, if lesnar thinks as lightly of coleman as some in the cage he's in for a rude awakening

Do you really believe that Lesnar isn't going to train his ass off or think of him as a threat? I never said Lesnar was going to win against Mir in fact I didn't think he had a chance, although I was impressed with what little I saw, aside from his horrible standup. Which is why I hope he trys to test his jaw in a stand up match than out wrestle someone stronger than himself.

i doubt lesnar will take coleman as lightly as the cagers (which you'll see in my post i said if he took coleman as lightly as cagers he'd be in for a rude awakening or something to that effect) so yes i'm sure he'll be training. Lesnar is always in shape.

Coleman is also always in shape

they both have limited MMA abilities, both in shape wrestlers who pretty much just want to GnP and that's about it.

Lesnar will be the younger quicker stronger fighter but Coleman has a great amount of experience and isn't some loser getting thrown to the wolves.

If lesnar wins many will say "oh big deal he beat some old dude"

if Lesnar loses he'll be 0-2 in the UFC and will have lost to Mir who hasn't done much since his accident and Coleman who is a senior citizen in the mma world.

it's a trap fight, lesnar doesn't have much to gain and has a bunch to lose, and coleman isn't an easy fight, not as easy as a stand up brawler type would have been anyway.

I think lesnar will win but coleman will show up for this fight, i'd be shocked shitless if he pulled a tank abbot and showed up fat and out of shape just to pick up his check

Yeah I don't doubt that and I agree, I think it'll be a much less massed Coleman though, age does take it's tole on muscles. I just see him getting out wrestled and submitted or TKO. I want him to try and switch it up a bit and broaden his skills if he really wants to beat the beast. Who knows, maybe Lesnar has a glass jaw, I just doubt it lol.

welcome to the cage. He is fighting mark coleman soon. mark coleman is a veteran of mma and the ufc, and in the year 2000 was the first man to win the coveted pride open wieght grad prix tournament. Since then he has been beaten in every single way imaginable, done a fucking ton of juice and sucked with every passing fight. Brock is going to maul him.

How do you see him winning though? At least Mir had submissions at his disposal, Coleman is going to try and out muscle someone who has triple the strength he does lol
