    So, just started lifting weights and figured I would start a log. Looking to cut down my bodyfat and build strength at the same time. Have already lost 40 pounds in the last year, went from 220 to 180.

    Low carb diet.

    Look like a bodybuilder routine that is stickied.

    Starting weight: 180
    Height: 5'9''

    Target weight: whatever gets me to when I can see abs.

    Long term target lifts:
    Squat: 300
    Bench: 225

    ehh, not much. I play tournament paintball and don't even notice getting hit anymore.

    gym was closed today so I did what I could with my equipment at home.

    played the first of my two hockey games today. I think I am alot more mobile in the net because of working my legs.

    Yeah, they look deceivingly painfull, they sting a little when you get hit, but not much after that.

    amazing workout today, red blast is my new favorite product. I felt like throwing up after each set but I think the red blast kept me going.

    Gym was so crowded today, almost every piece of equipment was being used including the two squat racks. I didn't get squats in today.

    btw, I did a 5 min run to get my blood pumping before the workout and I wasn't winded at all when before I would be winded after 2 min's. I think this is a result of the lost bf.

    I still have half a tub of primal and am just going to finish it up by alternating between redblast and primal every week. I only have around 3 weeks worth of workouts with primal left. two weeks if I up it to three scoops because 2 wasn't doing much.
