Ok so I've come to the sad conclusion that I will not lose wieght by eating healthy alone, aside from the fact that I need to indulge from time to time. So that being said I need to get my ass running. Problem is I can not stand running, I am hoping you guy can provide me with some of those motivational songs that just make you want to work out. Artists will suffice, but I'm really looking for those specific homerun songs :) :x:

I'd rather run to songs that get my mood up rather than get me fired up like for lifting.

Red Hot Chili Pepper's is a good one I can think of.

Well for working out.... Hmmmmm, anything decently heavy or with a decent beat. Bush(machinehead comes to mind), some Limp(like breakstuff), lil bit of 3 doors down, some Fort Minor and Linkin Park, can't forget my metallica!

for running, nothing works better for me than cadence. Maybe its because i got used to it in the army but i think anyone can run to it really, helps with breathing and keeping a good pace
