Last august i entered into a lease for an accord v6 coupe... the car is amazing, ive had no problems with it and it runs really smooth, however I will be moving into manhattan and was wondering how I could get out of the lease without paying the lease termination fee. i found swapalease.com but how legal/liable will i be held?

I have heard good things about swapalease, but have never used them.

If you terminate the lease, you are going to have to pay their fees. They will definitely enforce that clause. The only option is to buy the lease out. Call the lein holder and findout how much you would owe if you were to go ahead and purchase the car. Then try to find a buyer at that dollar figure. But, be prepared, you are not going to like what you hear

I tried swapalease and some other one and didnt get one bite. I ended up bending over and spending $6000 to get out of it but it was worth every penny.
