Breakfast

    So, breakfasts are starting to get boring. I usually eat one of these combos...

    5 egg whites, 1 whole
    3/4 cup oatmeal w/ raisins and cinnamon

    or

    1 scoop protein in 8 oz. skim milk
    3/4 cup oatmeal w/ raisins and cinnamon

    or

    4 weetabix
    1 scoop protein in 8 oz. skim milk

    Sometimes I throw in raspberries, a banana, or some fruit. I want some more variety in the mornings. What do you guys eat for breakfast?

    2 scoops whey and peanut butter, im lazy to eat in the morning

    about the same... egg whites, some sort of breakfast meat (usually turkey based). Depending on season, I'll have a carb source, too.

    I eat 1 cup of egg whites, 2 eggs and veggies on the side. I vary the veggies and the kind of omelet that I make and I never get tired of this.

    I used to eat 1 cup of oats with 2 scoops of whey though. You can vary the things you put ion your oats though. I know PB + chocolate whey (and sometimes cocoa) is popular.

    I almost always have a small tomato at breakfast. (Not the only thing, but the only thing that I can add to this forum that won't get me yelled at.)

    yogurt with raw oats mixed in
    two whole wheat slices of toast with peanut butter
    small protein shake

    i've been getting bored of the toast and my gf made pumpkin bread so i've been eating huge hunks of that instead. :rofl:
