so in the morning I've started having a shake to save time/effort (and it's a lot healthier than honey nut cheerios I'm guessing to ) What I'll do is blend 1cup oats, 2 scoops protein, handful of raspberries, blackberries, etc, and a cup of water. Afterwards I'll take a multi and I'm good to go. My question for you guys is: Is there anything that I'm missing that I should be including in my breakfast? A friend of mine was telling me that it would be beneficial to include some sort of fat in there as well, like via fish oil or something like that. Any suggestions?
