I am currently cutting and for breakfast I will have a ON shake with skim milk and a scoop of oats.

I know that this isn't good enough to start off my day, but it is quick and simple and I can take it while running out the door.

I have been thinking about adding 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs in the morning.

Would this give me a sufficent breakfast or is there more I should be eating in the morning?

bacon has a ton of fat, but...whatever works for you.

depending on your size, i would think a protein shake and 2-3 eggs would be fine for breakfast.

Pretty much what I eat in the mornings. Shake with milk and oats first thing. An hour later, 2-3 hard boiled eggs and a couple pieces of wheat toast Been working for me.

    5 egg whites
    banana + 1/2 cup oats + cinnamon

McDonalds Sausage Mcmuffin with egg! :mamoru2:

Try 2 egg whites, 2 pieces of wheat toast, along with your protein shake.

Sometimes in a rush, I just grab some yogurt. Works for me.

So you're eating like 200 cals in the morning, and there's no protein ?
I get 1 cup of oats along with 2 scoop of chocolate whey.
