So I'm adding some carbs back into my routine after a keto diet, I went to get some bread the other day but there are like 62141321312 kinds, is there anything I want to look out for like whole wheat etc. Also how good is bread as a choice for carbs?

the costco multigrain bread is good. pack of two for about 3.75. they're filled with calories too, i think like 180 each slice. i used to have 4 slices a day when bulking.
