Does it even really matter? Im gonna pick up some creatine tonight and was gonna get some prolab. Its 32.99 CD for 1000 grams, one of the cheapest, does it really matter what brand your using?

i use just plain GNC brand Creatine Monohydrate. i have heard there are slight differences in effectiveness of certain brands, but off the top of my head i don't know enough about it to post. any research i could do on the subject could just as easily be done by you, so i would suggest googling and see what you find

The only thing I look for when buying creatine monohydrate is micronized. Other than that I just go with whatever costs the least.
