GUN brake cleaner for gun cleaner?

    Anything wrong with using this to spray out the internal parts and stuff?

    Does it take off bluing or anything?

    Might want to watch your plastics and painted surfaces but I use it to hose down blued and parked parts all the time. Its especially good for de-cosmo'ing milsurp.

    I'll use it on my shotgun, but for pretty much everything else I switched to the "Synthetic Safe" version of Gun Scrubber for hosing stuff down.

    Don't use it on plastics. It works wonders for cleaning metals though, be sure to do it outside though. Nasty fumes.

    use it now and then.
    works damm good on removing cosmoline
    but as said,it`s nasty shit
    use outside with rubber gloves on
