    I'll start, today I did DL's:
    135x10
    225x5
    405x5
    465x5
    495x5
    515x3

    Then I did 15x3 close grip pull ups to start my back workout off :hsd:

    Did leg day yesterday without squats. Not sure Ive done that before. Actually had a great day. Leg Press, Single Leg Step Ups, Extensions, Leg Curls, Lunges. Good Pump.


    Damn my back injuries lately.

    the elliptical machine i normally use was taken so i used a different one. this new one was the same type of machine but was calibrated differently or needed lubed or something because it was extra fucking resistant. I pushed through and did my normal cardio routine on the gimped up hard machine.

    i've been benching with more weight DB style

    10 x 80
    8 x 90
    6 x 100 :bigthumb:

    I have gained 10-12 lbs since deployment started back in February. 183.5 lbs :h5:

    i got my weight up finally. been at about 202, weighed in at 208 today. my goal is 215 so.. thats pretty cool i guess.

    I almost shit my pants running on a treadmill because I wanted to hit my target distance.

    It was a photo finish in the bathroom, didn't even have time to close the door :hs:

    i seem to be the only person in my gym who doesn't take the elevator (instead of a flight of stairs) to get up to the gym to work out :mamoru:

    when im doing curls directly in front of the free weights, i expect you to wait until ive completed my 30 rep set before attempting to re-rack

    lost 6.5 lbs. and kept most of my strength and killed my lower body PRs after coming back from knee surgery.

    lifting is awesome in so many ways. like yesterday when some random whore decided to feel my lats and tell me how sexy they were. I was waiting in line at chipotle leaning against the counter.
