    EDIT:Oh shit, I read the little paragraph before the workout plan. You have to ahnillate each muscle group with multiple reps and multiple exercises. Watch out now, he's doing the nautilus press AND the pec deck!

    Pitt has genetics, it's that simple. I have seen the most lazy ass people in awsome shape with out doing much.

    It would be cool to see timber next to him in that one "magical" scene in fight club. Timber would look like fucking arnold. it'd be a real eye opener for most people.

    I'm really curious as to how much he weighed there. All the stuff I just looked up online says he's 6 feet tall, so I would imagine he's not a lb over 165-170 in fight club.

    Also, BP isn't 6' tall. I think he's more like 5'8". I won't swear to that, but I do remember reading that he was actually 155 in the movie.

    No way he's 155 @ 5'8". I look bigger than him and I'm right around 155 at 5'10". :dunno: I always look heavier than I am though.

    3 sets with one minute rest isn't that bad, is it?
    I limit myself to 5-7 reps though I could do more. But I do up to 20 sets with a min rest.

    Maybe he does add weight and they just didn't include it considering they weren't stating the weight for any other exercise.

    I've been too lazy to get my 50 in. I was doing 50 in 3 sets. Now it's like 10, 8,8,6,6,..... it's quite sorry.
