    Shit is like 170/103...


    currently hitting dash diet hardcore and liss cardio 6 days a week...

    its always been high but managable with exercise but i stopped exercising after i started working full time (office job) and broke my wrist. fml

    Start doing cardio...you don't need a wrist for that shit. Fish oil, oatmeal, etc.

    +1 on hawthorne berries, that shit works like whoa, the diff in 2 weeks time has been pretty impressive

    Mine was high for a few weeks and it had me worried. Turns out it was due to a medication I was temporarily on.

    A good way to lower it though is some basic cardio a few times a week, eating oatmeal twice a day, reducing sodium levels, and taking fish oil.

    I've seen people drop their blood pressure by 30 points doing a routine like that.

    Last week '09 and working out = 120/60

    i hope you've already gone to your doctor if your at 170... you need to be on medication if your that high. once on the medication you can work on bringing it down with proper diet and exercise, but you need to get it down right away, that is dangerously high.

    120/80 or something :coold:
    but i have a BMI of 38 so my doc told me how to lose weight :hs:
