if you got that kinda cash go with the best go reyes. they have an open hand build (much like MT gloves) and are top knotch gloves. run about $120

I personally have some 18oz ringside and I love them they run about $70

Fairtex velcro is notorious to fail pretty early. I have a pair that I replaced with Windy 16oz training gloves.

I've never used Reyes gloves. I've tried them on and such but thats about it. They are said to be amazing!

As for size that depends on what you want them for.

    Sparring 18-20oz

bag work and mits 10-12 oz

    for everything 18oz

    my gloves are 18oz

The Everlast ones they sell at sporting goods stores are cheap for a reason.
