Any comments/thoughts on using a "Boxers" workout routine, along with a regimented lifting program as a template to build muscle and cut fat simultaneously?

I dunno. I don't get how wrestlers get so huge, they do lift weights and etc. but they run 2 or 3 miles a day + sprints, and all of wrestling practice is very cardio oriented.

I am a wrestler, and I can tell you those kids barely eat at all, it's almost unhealthy. They barely eat to stay at the weight they compete at.

Here's Brock Lesnar in his wrestling days, I don't believe he did steroids back then.

I also remind you, collegiate wrestling is much harder then highschool wrestling.
