I hate having to axe all of these questions, but I guess I gotta do it...

What is the best height for the box on DES day? I'm about 5'10-11, should it be sub-parallel?

Is it best to do One-Leg Squats on a smith machine :ugh: or just use normal power rack. power rack right?

    thanks in advance

DES: Parallel or a bit above for most it depends though I use a box thats a couple inches below parallel right now

I do one legged squats with db's and one leg propped on a box.

It should address your weaknesses. Mine is at or below parallel.
