    sounds good anyway, go ask timber, he works out exclusively on bowflex machines, he's pretty ripped

    I bought my rack, bench, weights plus a few other things for $500 brand new even, so I say no. :hs:

    I used one of those off and on for a few years. I thought it was the bees knees until I got a gym membership. Those things are such piles.

    agreed, send it back they are rubbish

    at the gym you have every possible piece of equipment so you can actually work out properly, doing exercises like squats and deadlifts, with a decent amount of weight , and other people to inspire you, tell you were you fuck up and give you direction.

    also a atmosphere that makes you want to work.

    I work with a couple of Marines think they are still in boot. I have lots of motivation.

    still not enough weight

    can't do major compound lifts

    no free weights

    its just rubbish.

    oh, sorry, so you're not pretty much every member of F&N who'se trying to lose weight?

    Don't ask a question than come arguing when its not what you want to hear.

    Oh and that machine looks awesome hard to do leg work on, so you will have a uneven body, which is only fine if you play hockey.
