I picked up a Bowflex Xtreme II for $800. Good deal?
is this a parody?
gym membership would be a shitload better
sounds good anyway, go ask timber, he works out exclusively on bowflex machines, he's pretty ripped
get a refund
A parody? No. Was brand new in box, with blank warranty card.
Link to other thread...?
when are ya going to join a rock band?
I bought my rack, bench, weights plus a few other things for $500 brand new even, so I say no.
I used one of those off and on for a few years. I thought it was the bees knees until I got a gym membership. Those things are such piles.
agreed, send it back they are rubbish
at the gym you have every possible piece of equipment so you can actually work out properly, doing exercises like squats and deadlifts, with a decent amount of weight , and other people to inspire you, tell you were you fuck up and give you direction.
also a atmosphere that makes you want to work.
I work with a couple of Marines think they are still in boot. I have lots of motivation.
still not enough weight
can't do major compound lifts
no free weights
its just rubbish.
Just want to strengthen right now, lose some extra inches
oh, sorry, so you're not pretty much every member of F&N who'se trying to lose weight?
Don't ask a question than come arguing when its not what you want to hear.
Oh and that machine looks awesome hard to do leg work on, so you will have a uneven body, which is only fine if you play hockey.
Did you get any results worth a damn?
Im not arguing or complaining, Ill take the CC
yeah dude, return it
you can be a lot more efficient with $800 or less
Jesus, the gym you could build for $800.......
Thanx for the input guys.
When will people learn to NEVER post home gym equipment up in this subforum?! Ahahahaha
