bowflex for beginner

  1. ive seen some chatter about the bowflex on this board and i'm going to get back to the gym once i start my new job (its been 10 years since ive lifted) and so i'm basically a beginner again. I'm thinking the bowflex might be a good way for me to rebuild my foundation.

    Just buy a used soloflex or nordicflex for like $200

    Its a decent system for a beginner. You will really have to bust your ass on it to see gains though....at least I had to. BTW, I outgrew it after a year.

    save your money and join a gym. if you are embarrased for some reason joing a health club
