Bought some Creastack and....

    it says take one heaping teaspoon immediately after workout. Its basically creatine and glutamine. Ive always taken creatine before workouts for years and should I switch now? I have been taken a half a tspoon before and a half afterwards with a protein drink...what do you guys suggest
