I went into my local firearms store after work and poked around for a while. I saw this interesting box of shotgun shells on the shelf and decided to get a better look. It's Remington copper plated number two and number six lead shot mixed together, 12ga 3" shell.

I also wanted to see if they had any used AR magazines, and the guy said sure. He pulled out a stack and said I should get this one, so I did.

It's a Bravo Company, which I've never heard of before. It looks unused, which begs the question as to why it was with the used magazines. Do these suck or something? I'm going to be putting in a Magpul follower in this and the other two used mags I got for $10 last week. The mag below my new one is a vintage Colt I picked up months ago, it has a metal follower.

EDIT: The Shotshells cost $6.87 and the magazine cost $5.

It has the Lonoke plant listed on the box, so it's post '86. It also has the DuPont logo on the box, so it's Pre 94'. The headstamp still says Remington - Peters on it. I have no idea when they stopped using that logo. It's at least 14 years old, at most 22. It's a neat box, I'm glad it's in good enough shape to put on my shelf.
