Big 5 special, $89. It's a 1936 Soviet Izhevsk 91/30, nice wood, nearly mint bore, w/ accessories. Gotta wait until may 9th to pick it up, though. They had a few more, a 1939 Tula, a 1942 Tula, and a 1944 Izhevsk that looked like they pulled it up from the Titanic. I'll post a few pics of it when I pick it up next tuesday. I doubt I'll stick with just one, $89 for a rifle is just too appealing.

Yeah, it's no fun paying for something at a store and then leaving without it.

I need to get in on this. I spend more than that going out on a Saturday, and I can never seem to find my way into a Big 5. :(

Carhart was my shoulder pad. I was able to let loose probably 70-100rds. Mostly shooing full gallon containers and oil bottles *full of water*. Man that thing sends the bottle FLYING.

it was a 90/30 though, so maybe that helps the kick. Afterwards my friends tells me hes gonna get one. First he is getting a keltec rifle.

    Los Altos?

Hey, do they ever turn on the facets there? Or do you fill the bottles up at home?
