I bought my first handgun this weekend - a Glock 27 (Subcompact .40). Can't wait for the 10 day waiting period to be over!
I've put a couple hundred rounds through one, got it for a good price in town, $499 brand new (I shot a test gun).
Anyone have any experience with this gun? Tips, etc?

It's got a little kick, but still very accurate.
The fit is a bit akward at first, but it feels right after a few rounds (with the pinky extension especially).

congrats on the new Glock. I don't care for the 27, I personally find it to be too snappy, but to each his own.

Get one of the Pearce (I think that's the brand name) mag extenders. Some of them add either one or two rounds if you want. Make the gun feel better in my hand.

love mine. I've got Trijicon night sights and a 3.5lb connector for an easier pull. I recomend the pierce grips due to the finger extension for your pinky.

What are the benefits of the Pierce extensions compared to any other brands?

I read a thread over at Glocktalk that recommended pearce over anything else. I know that isn't a great answer but head on over there and run a search. I'm sure you'll find more threads that you can imagine.

get you a pinky grip, makes recoil very doable. i couldnt shoot mine without it, hurt the hand too much.

Yeah the pinky extension is a definite, I'll ask for the pierce, since it is apparently superior.

Well, I bought the Pearce +1 pinky extension today, and some ammo.
I don't even have the gun yet, this is sad:hyper:
