    Bench: 250x6, 265x6, 275x5
    Pulldowns: 150x10x3rest/pauses
    FSquat: 135x10x2
    Leg Press: 1 set of failure @ 405
    10 pound ball jump n catch: 80 times

    Warmup shrugs 3x6 @ 225
    Deads: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]..all these were reset reps, no lift and go.
    Incline: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
    Goodmornings: [email protected], 1 rest/pause at 8th rep
    Frenchpress: [email protected]
    Grip: 225 hold with 3 fingers 2 sets of 30 seconds

    Any suggestions or comments are welcome and appreciated.

    Warm up cleans: 3x6 @ 135
    Squat: [email protected], 6@ 315, 4@325, [email protected](last set was really hard. going to stay at this same weight next week)
    Bench: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected](going to make 285 6 times next week)
    Pulldowns: 3 sets to failure @125
    20 rep squat: @ 185(easy peasy)
    side lat raises: 1 set to failure 25lbs
    dumbell seated press: [email protected]

    I changed the routine to more of a Westside split.

    Squat: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
    Straight Legs: 4x10 @ 185
    barbell rows: 4x12 @ 135
    abs: 100 sits ups with 12lbs ball

    Easy day. I like the fact I can go to 1 rep.

    I missed yesterday bc the gym closed early(thanks for the memo).

    pushdowns: 4x12 on 12
    pulldowns: 4x12 @ 125(pause/rest)
    military press: 4x10 @ 135
    cardio: 8 half court and 8 quater court suicides, 9 full court sprints

    Warm up squats: 3 sets of 8 at 135
    Squats: 3x3-225, 275, 315; 3x1 - 365, 385, 405
    BB rows: 4x12-135
    Reverse Hypers: 4x8
    Pulldowns: 3x8 - 160
    Abs: 4x12 w/15lbs ball
