    So I'm looking to add the following books to my library. Any comments on them?

    Kelso's Shrug Book
    Supertraining by Siff

    and maybe

    The essentials of weightlifting and strength training

    Supertraining has a ton of info but it's all theory and no application, so it depends what you're looking to get out of it

    I'm really looking to learn about the priciples and science behind training and nutrition. Think its worth the money?

    A bit intense but I think there is a ton I can learn from a book like this.

    Before Ceaze gets angry at this post I will reccomend that you clarify what type of strength. ie. Powerlifiting, strength for a sport, what exactly you will use strength for.
