"Having enormous arms is an obsession of mine. It's nearly impossible to inject the required volume of Synthol using standard veterinary horse needles. So I did what I must. I rigged up a monster Synthol injector out of a turkey baster and one of those needles used for inflating basketballs (I'm so harcore I didn't even bother to sharpen the tip). Now I can suck up half a liter at a time. I ram the monster-maker into my arm and with one massive squeeze of the bulb, I inflate my arm two inches at a time. Once, the Synthol was spraying out of all the many holes in my upper arm, so I had to wrap my arm with duct tape to hold it all in before injection. This is no longer necessary because now I alternate between running Synthol and hooking up a can of Fix-A-Flat. The Synthol stays in no problem now. Animal forever.

Incase you can't notice i'm not really hating as much just playing the ego you've created. And man, how much do you weigh? I swear, i've still got 10 pounds on you :o

I've got respect for the progress anyway, no real hate.

i do 100 pulls up a week body weight in sets of 5 or 6.

ive maxed pull ups out by strapping a 45 pound and a 25 pound plate on me for a few reps.

in 2 weeks im doing all of my pulls with a 10 pound plate attached. theres method to my madness. i ran out of time today

i do 50 pull ups, twice a week. i get all 50 in 5 or 6 sets. these are full range of motion pulls up. chin to at least the bar.

My arms really limit my pullups. I usually do 4 sets of 6-7, but i find my long skinny arms can't pull it up, my lats are fine. Its that i need to work on more than anything.

    I image you'd have... 15" arms?

i dont wanna hear excuses. you can make excuses all day long about anything. my genetics suck. my arms suck. my test is low, etc. if its your arms and not your lats. wrist strap yourself to the pull up bar and have someone assist you marine- style. builds lat strength fast.

also, make sure you angle yourself right so its your lats doing 90%+ of the work

it sounds like your problem is you dont push yourself hard enough. either push yourself harder or find someone who will motivate you.
