    Ok serious log going to test out my anafit products, continue my current bulking plan and try to prepare to compete in 2009 for my first amateur BB contest.

    Woke up late today, popped 2 glucorell 2 sesapure, waiting 15 mins and starting the day off with an UP YOUR MASS 850 calorie shake.

    Current stats 5'10-5'11 (i think i grew :eek4:) 22 yrs old 180 pounds roughly. will weigh myself when I get in. Bout to shower than apply AIFM to my right tricep.

    hah. glad you pointed that out. no i have not given up on the journey to the 550 deadlift. I moved dead from last in my workout to 2nd. Pulled 405 for 3 pretty easy the other day so ill move the weight up here this week or next.

    Chest today - complete focus on just pumpin blood into my chesticles

    abs - 4 sets on cable crunch bench (lying) sets of 15 with 20, 25, 30, 35 pounds

    hanging leg raises: 4 sets of 12

    incline bb

    bar x 20
    95 x 12
    135 x 8
    185 x 4
    185 x 4

    flatbench bb superset with bench dips bw

    135 x 12, bench dips x 12
    135 x 10, bench dips x 12
    135 x 10, bench dips x 12

    decline db - ive never done this movement, ever, just focused on the squeeze

    cable flies top to bottom

    decline pushups on half-stabilizer ball

    chest pump is the best it has been. ever. i dont know if its from the anafit products, placebo effect, or i was just feeling really fucking good. i had one pump aifm on my right bicep/tricep and im going to do another pump tonite on my right pec. chest still feels swollen 6 hours later

    side note: i love the pure cee combo. i took 3 pills cee and 3 gram BA. i did 2 pills of kreakyline creatine and 3 grams ba post workout. i also took thermorexin pre work too

    my right forearm looked alot more vascular. i went right inner forearm stead of chest.

    used aifm left forearm. woke up late. for breakfast 3-4 egg whites, 90g waizy maize carbs. 2 sesa 2 glucorell. 3 pills cee 3g BA 1 trex. i have back work out in 20 minutes. did not get a large breakfast, we'll see how i perform.....

    pretty much a waste of a back work out. the 90g corn carbs went through my system in less than an hour. epic fail.

    got a decent calf and lat pump then only worked up to 405 for 1 on deadlift. wasted work out.

    fathers day. waited tables for 12 hours today for a measly $130. fucking outback customers suck my balls when it comes to tipping. bout to eat a big ass filet with asapargus and sweet potato though.
