A good informative right up, but i feel the most important thing has been failed to be reviewed. EVERY EXERCISE, EATING HABITS, LIFTING HABITS, SLEEP HABITS, SUPPLEMENT HABITS WILL EFFECT EACH PERSON DIFFERENTLY. You have to study your body and go by how your feeling, making gains etc

I stopped going to the gym because I knew my lifts wouldn't increase because I don't eat enough. I was wasting my time.

Train hard, eat over maintainance. Get in enough protein. Is it really that hard?
i agree with what the author said about being weak and never getting big. what routine is recommended then? ive never gone past noob gains.
